IMPORTANT: PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Aii Market operates on a print-on-demand business model. This means:

  • Products are custom-made specifically for you after you place your order
  • Items are not mass-produced or kept in stock
  • Each product is manufactured only after payment is confirmed
  • Products cannot be resold to other customers once manufactured

Because of this custom nature, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

1. OVERVIEW

  • ✅ We DO accept returns for defective products or our errors
  • ✅ We DO offer replacements or refunds for quality issues

2. WHEN WE ACCEPT RETURNS

2.1 Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing defects including:

  • Significant print quality issues (smudging, fading, incorrect colors)
  • Misprinted designs (distorted, off-center, pixelated)
  • Fabric defects (holes, tears, severe stitching issues)
  • Damaged products due to manufacturing errors

2.2 Shipping Damage

  • Torn or stained garments
  • Package was visibly damaged upon arrival
  • Product was crushed or deformed in shipping

Note: You must report shipping damage within 3 days of delivery.

2.3 Wrong Product Shipped

If we sent you the wrong item:

  • Different design than ordered
  • Wrong color
  • Wrong product type
  • Wrong size (we shipped the wrong size, not if you ordered the wrong size)

3. WHEN WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by you
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Color/design preferences (if product matches description)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect address provided by you

4. RETURN PROCESS

If you believe your product qualifies for a return:

  1. Contact Us Within 30 Days: Email support@aiimarket.com with your order number and photos showing the issue
  2. Wait for Response: We'll review within 2-3 business days
  3. Follow Instructions: If approved, we'll provide return authorization
  4. Resolution: Receive refund, replacement, or store credit

Important: Do NOT ship products back without our approval first!

5. REFUND OPTIONS

5.1 Full Refund

  • Product cost
  • Original shipping cost (if the issue was our fault)
  • Applicable taxes

Processing time: 5-10 business days to your original payment method

5.2 Replacement Product

  • We reproduce your product at no charge
  • Free shipping for replacement
  • Production time: 2-7 business days

5.3 Store Credit

  • Credit amount equals or exceeds your order total
  • Never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases

6. REFUND TIMELINE

If product return is required:

  • Shipping: 3-7 days
  • Inspection: 1-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days
  • Bank posting: 3-5 business days
  • Total: 12-25 days

If product return is NOT required:

  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days
  • Bank posting: 3-5 business days
  • Total: 8-15 business days

7. RETURN SHIPPING

We pay return shipping if:

  • Product is defective
  • Wrong product shipped (our error)
  • Product damaged during shipping to you

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

8.1 Size Issues

We cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection.

Please carefully check our size guide before ordering. When in doubt, size up!

Exception: If WE shipped the wrong size, we'll replace it or provide a full refund.

8.2 Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Contact the carrier
  • Contact us - we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement

8.3 International Orders

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for customs duties and import fees
  • We cannot refund customs fees
  • Packages refused due to customs fees are not refunded
