2. PRINT-ON-DEMAND SHIPPING

How It Works

  1. You place an order on our website
  2. Payment is confirmed and order is sent to Printful
  3. Production begins (2-7 business days)
  4. Quality check performed before shipping
  5. Product ships from nearest Printful facility
  6. You receive your order

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Unlike traditional retail, we don't have pre-made inventory. Each product is manufactured specifically for you after your order.

3. PRODUCTION TIME

Average: 2-7 business days (most orders: 3-5 days)

Production time includes:

  • Receiving and processing your order
  • Printing your AI-enhanced design
  • Quality control inspection
  • Packaging for shipment

Business Days: Production time is calculated in business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends are processed starting Monday.

  • Free Shipping: On orders $75 or more

Express Shipping

  • Carrier: UPS or FedEx
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (typically $15-$25)
  • Delivery: 1-2 business days after production
  • Note: Express shipping does NOT speed up production time

Total Estimated Delivery (Standard):

Standard International Shipping

6. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive tracking information via email when:

  • Your order enters production (production start notification)
  • Your order ships from the fulfillment center (shipping confirmation)

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Or visit the carrier's website directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

7.1 Customs and Import Duties

Important for International Customers:

You (the buyer) are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT/GST
  • Any other taxes levied by your country

These fees are NOT included in your order total and are NOT collected by us.

7.2 Customs Forms

Printful completes customs forms for all international orders with accurate product descriptions and declared value.

We cannot:

  • Mark packages as "gift" to avoid duties (this is illegal)
  • Undervalue packages (this is illegal)
  • Misrepresent contents

7.3 Refused or Returned Packages

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs fees:

  • Package will be returned to sender
  • We are NOT responsible for customs fees or return shipping costs
  • You will NOT receive a refund

8. ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

It is YOUR responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

  • Full name (recipient)
  • Street address (no P.O. boxes for some carriers)
  • Apartment/suite/unit number (if applicable)
  • City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal code
  • Country
  • Phone number (for international orders)

P.O. Boxes

  • USPS: Delivers to P.O. boxes ✅
  • UPS: Does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes ❌
  • FedEx: Does NOT deliver to P.O. boxes ❌

9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

9.1 Lost Packages

What to do:

  1. Wait appropriate time (10 days domestic, 30 days international)
  2. Contact us at support@aiimarket.com
  3. We will investigate with the carrier
  4. Resolution: File carrier claim, provide replacement, or refund

9.2 Stolen Packages

Important: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

However, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement on a case-by-case basis.

9.3 Damaged Packages

If package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package AND products immediately
  2. Do not discard packaging
  3. Contact us within 3 days at support@aiimarket.com

10. PRINTFUL FULFILLMENT

Your order will arrive in:

  • Protective poly mailer or box
  • Branded Printful packaging (standard)
  • Products individually wrapped
  • Packing slip included

Note: Packaging is Printful-branded, not Aii Market branded. This is standard for print-on-demand services.
